How do I show where our FR5 housing first loses its seat?

I can see the housing sitting wonky in the fingers, but our clip starts too late to show it leaving the tray. We've saved the pickup edits and asked maintenance to look at the fitted tool. I don't want to send them straight after the fingers if the housing was already wrong in its pocket. What should I add to the job description so they can follow that properly?

Can you identify the actual tray and pockets from the affected runs, Nadia, and have the check follow the housing from its initial support through first contact, grip and release? We had a handover once that said gripper checked without saying which of two tray inserts had been used; the next shift quite reasonably thought both had been covered. Include the fitted pads, fingers and mounting in the maintenance scope, but don't let the nice clear picture of the crooked grip replace the missing view of how it got there
