Our FR5 accessory order says matched kits, with a gripper finger set in each. The sealed box has fewer sets than required because the seller counted individual fingers as sets. Their final contents message shows the pair. How do I make the shortage clear without another circular argument?
Show one complete kit beside its agreed contents, then list the kits ordered, pairs required and pairs received. Keep individual finger counts as a separate column so their interpretation is visible rather than buried in the word set.
Purchasing sent that table. Seller now agrees the intended set is a pair, but says their packing department followed the piece quantity. They are checking the missing quantity internally.
Equal left and right fingers, so we can make complete sets from what's here. Seller has agreed the missing pairs at no charge. We're waiting for the dispatch arrangement.
Ask them to identify those pairs against the same drawing revision before packing. After a quantity argument, it would be a pain to receive the right number of the wrong fingers.
