Our UR5e housing loader keeps needing nudges. Tray looks fixed, grip less square. I want the physical condition and selected program recorded together before another edit; where should inspection start?

Preserve the as-found source seating, part identity and contact relation before closure, then have maintenance inspect the isolated locating surfaces, fingers and attachments. Compare against the specified geometry rather than deciding from the lifted housing alone. Does the crooked appearance exist before gripping?

Unknown. Current photographs are after lifting, so they cannot answer when the change begins.

Then the next observation should establish that boundary through the approved viewing arrangement. Keep the after-lift photographs, but do not label them evidence of finger wear; presentation or part variation could already have changed the starting condition.
