I have stopped the tooling installation because the delivered FR10 contact pads are not the ones in our sample trial. The seller says the new material is better. Better for what? Our small plastic samples still need to release into the tray without sticking or being marked.
The arm is here. After weeks of asking, I have neither a comparison nor an offer to supply the demonstrated pads. What should I put back to the technical person?
Ask for the delivered and demonstrated pad references, what changed, and evidence for the complete transfer with your identified samples. Include release and condition afterwards. Or ask whether the original pad set can be supplied; they should answer that option too.
They supplied material names but no pad drawing or sample comparison. I've asked for those and for availability of the original set. The better material line is from sales, not their tooling person.
They have copied the tooling contact into the ticket. No technical reply yet. I have left installation paused rather than treating the extra email address as an answer.
