Our handover folder mostly shows pendant screenshots of the main inspection routine. No revision, subprograms, fixture assumptions or ordinary PLC signal expectations. The original integrator is still available, so I want to pin down the installed job now, before the pictures become our entire memory of it.

Ask for an identified export of the installed project and a dependency index, then walk through one call out of the main routine with the integrator. Match the screenshots to that revision or mark them obsolete. I'd keep operator guidance separate from the technical index, but linked to the same fixture and job configuration, so a person seeking the next authorised action doesn't have to interpret every subprogram first.
