Which FR5 unloading checks remain impossible without the full hand?

Our short-steel-blank unloading sketch reaches the fixture but omits the hand body and open door. I want the integrator to identify exactly which access checks are still dependent on that missing geometry before we choose the FR5.

Ask for the loaded extraction, empty approach and destination release with the complete tool and its connections, using surveyed machine and door positions. Mark which geometry is measured and which is still estimated.

Include the setter's access requirements on the same layout, but identify them as a separate changeover condition rather than pretending the setter and automatic exchange share the space at once.

Machine opening and fixture surveyed. Door position still estimated, and the supplier has only provided fingers without the body or connections. I have listed both gaps.

Then the fingers may help define the grip, but they cannot establish the passage of the complete assembly. Keep the preliminary route conclusions conditional on the missing body and routing.

The integrator marked the entrance and withdrawal checks incomplete. Setter has supplied the required changeover access, so that is no longer an unnamed space allowance.

Does the model include the empty tool returning to the machine after releasing the blank, or only the loaded removal?

That empty state belongs in the comparison too. Open fingers and connection routing can occupy different space from the loaded hand, even along a similar path.

Added to the review scope. No complete hand model or measured door position back yet; useful survey work retained, arm choice still pending.

Keep the missing geometry beside the illustration when it goes to purchasing; otherwise the scope note can disappear while the attractive reach picture survives.
