I brought the filled shipping carton to the FR10 review. Packaging marked the end support it needs; tooling marked the finger withdrawal gap. Same strip of space.
The integrator is combining those views before we order tooling. I want the placement order in there too, because the final layer has neighbours that aren't present when the first turned carton arrives.
Give the integrator the exact lower-layer revision as well, because a correct filled-carton section can still be placed over an old arrangement of neighbours.
Mark that combined view withdrawn while they reconcile it. Our current carton review has the same support-versus-finger conflict, and I don't want stores manufacturing a tidy drawing that both owners thought somebody else had checked.
Who brings the short and returned orders into that review? A workable full-layer sequence may still leave the packer with an unsupported stopping point.
