What door position did you measure? I would start with the real parked door and the complete tool envelope, since a target point inside the machine tells you very little about getting the blank back out

No measured position on the sketch. We have the door opening width only. I'll ask for the parked door and protruding handle to be included.
19 pointsOur tool cleared a drawing and met a door handle in the model review. The handle was presumably expected to resign. Measure the bits that actually stick out.
19 pointsToolmaker can supply the gripper assembly model. It includes the adapter but not the hose loop, so that needs adding too.
13 pointsOn a fixture review I joined, the empty gripper withdrew neatly but the held component needed another turn. Include your loaded tool in that model, with the grip orientation you actually expect.
19 pointsWho changes the fixture when the robot is parked? Same opening, probably. I would want that person's access drawn as well, before a base location becomes expensive to move.
3 pointsOur setter changes it through the front. Base location is provisional. He's joining the layout review because the door omission affects him as well.

24 pointsGlad it surfaced while the base is still on paper. Keep the first-part trolley in the version you send to the toolmaker too, so everyone reviews the same arrangement.
