Our spacer-block loader keeps receiving pickup adjustments while the FR5 grip looks less square. The tray appears unchanged (not measured unchanged). What should maintenance preserve and inspect so the next shift gets a finding rather than another unexplained program version?

Save the current program and edit history, identify the tray and blocks, and record the source seating before closure through the approved viewing arrangement. Then inspect the isolated locating contacts, fingers and attachments against their requirements. Keep observations before and after any maintenance separate so the apparent cure has an explanation.
