our confirmed FR5 fixture drawing did not arrive with the confirmed interface

Seller confirmed an FR5 arrangement against our fixture drawing before purchase. Delivered suffix and tool-interface bracket differ. Forty-four days of equivalent without a comparison; tooling still unfitted. What would make their answer assessable without me adapting the fixture first?

Request identified drawings for the confirmed and delivered assemblies, with differences in locating faces, stand-off, fasteners and connections explained against your fixture. Their technical reviewer should say which original application assumptions still hold, rather than ask you to discover the differences by installation.

I have the confirmed drawing and readable delivered labels ready for that request. Sent them together to the technical contact; no comparison received yet.

Keep the commercial choice open while it is reviewed. A possible adapter solution would need its own documented arrangement, responsibilities and checks; it doesn't follow that your workshop must modify the confirmed fixture at its own expense.

Comparison finally arrived. Delivered stand-off differs and their engineer says our confirmed bracket cannot be used unchanged. They've proposed a replacement bracket, not supplied one. Purchasing is reviewing responsibility and the affected setup checks before accepting any change.
