Our FR10 unloading proposal reaches the steel blank in the mill. Of course it does: the drawing has removed the gripper body and parked door. Plenty of room when you leave things out. Can a measured tool dummy help reject bad positions before we pay for the full route check?
It can help spot an obvious clash, especially with the held blank included. Have the supplier check the whole route afterwards though. We nearly approved a layout from two clear end positions, then somebody asked how the tool got between them.
