Why approve the carton outline when the supports are inside it?

Our laboratory dispatch cartons contain bottles held in two end cradles. The FR10 layer drawing shows only the outside box, and on the turned layer one cradle would sit above a space between boxes. I asked about this and received the same drawing with clearer colours. What should I ask packaging to check? I do not know enough about the carton to say the pattern is wrong, but colours do not answer me.

Send a photo of an opened packed carton beside the layer view. Mark where those cradles bear on the base. Packaging needs the actual pack to judge the support, and whoever designs the tool needs any resulting pattern change. Don't approve it from the coloured outline.
