The seller's final message explicitly includes the spare tool cable. After checking our retained packaging and accessory list, I can account for the normal setup components but not the spare kit.
Use the confirmed spare commitment and received inventory to ask for its part code and dispatch status. A dispatched kit should also have a transport reference they can identify.
Am I giving this too much attention when the main package is here? The seller's wording makes the spare feel like an optional favour rather than part of our agreement.

I overstated the operational conclusion. The inventory establishes that the installed component is present; your maintenance needs determine how the absent spare affects planning.
