Which complete-tool view would settle our FR10 aluminum-unloading access?

I want the actual door measurement and held-tool assembly joined before we choose the FR10 for aluminum-blank unloading. Current sketch reaches the fixture but leaves those objects out. How should the review connect removal to release at the receiving tray, with the setter's access kept visible?

Has the toolmaker defined the blank orientation and grip depth for the complete gripper, adapter and connections? Those need to travel through the surveyed machine opening and the receiving release, including the open tool on its way back.

Orientation and depth defined. Tooling has now supplied the whole assembly; machine survey is complete. Integrator is combining those with the receiver and setter's tasks, not treating either clear end position as the route result.

Keep the receiver's normal preparation in that review too, because a precisely arranged tray may be useful but someone has to establish and maintain that arrangement rather than have it appear between two attractive drawings

The receiver is manually exchanged against defined locating stops. That is already in our proposed work scope, Hassan; I haven't got an access result for the combined model yet.

Does that work scope include how the operator establishes the receiver is the correct one? I am asking about the normal exchange, not assuming the stops distinguish every tray variant.

Lin's question can stay separate from the route review while its owner answers, since a tray that locates repeatably is not automatically the right tray and neither fact follows from the blank clearing the machine door
