Our FR10 delivery contains an arm but no controller

I'm preparing a fixture-loading handover and cannot get past receiving. The FR10 arm arrived in one crate, but the controller and arm connection cable are missing. Seller says separate shipment and keeps quoting the reference for the crate already beside us. We retained the packaging and photographed the contents. What would make their next answer useful enough to plan around?

Ask for the second package identifier and its itemised contents, linked to your order.

The order has one package number and their new packing list has two. Neither line identifies which contains the controller. I've sent the receiving photos with that question.

Did the delivery paperwork record one crate received or two? Check the count as well as the order reference.

One crate received, Emma. Count matches our delivery photo and signed note. Nothing suggests another crate was handed to us.

Tell the trainer that setup isn't ready. Our missing cable was described as an admin query until somebody asked why the practical session couldn't start.

I'm the trainer, unfortunately. Practical setup is off the plan, and I've told purchasing exactly which items are missing rather than calling it delayed paperwork.

Has the seller identified which second-package record covers those missing items?

They now identify package two as controller and cable. Freight agent says it was held at the consolidation warehouse after its outer packaging was damaged. No onward booking supplied yet.

Ask about the contents before accepting a new delivery plan. Repacking the outside doesn't tell you whether the controller inside was affected.

Get the warehouse condition photographs and the proposed assessment route. The contents haven't reached you, so don't let your received-arm inspection stand in for checking the held package.

Requested those, Emma and Julia. Purchasing has kept controller and cable outstanding, with assessment and onward transport both unconfirmed. At least the agent has identified where package two is; that hasn't made it ready for use.
