our fr10 puck leaves the fixture with one edge lifted

I want the physical checks done before we teach another pickup correction. Our puck is sitting unevenly in the FR10 fingers, and the receiving tray keeps getting blamed even though the tilt is visible before the puck gets there. We've saved the point changes. The source fixture looks unchanged from the front. That is currently the entire inspection of it, which doesn't fill me with confidence.

Can maintenance check the source fixture from behind too, including its feet and locating faces?

They found debris under a rear support foot. The fixture rocked slightly under a stationary check. It wasn't visible from the side we normally photograph.

Where did the debris come from? A cleaned support may stay clean, or it may be waiting for the same material to fall there again.

Small offcuts were stored on an open shelf above it. One had fallen behind the fixture. Maintenance has restored the support seating and asked us to remove that storage.

We moved loose bits above a tray into a lidded drawer. Same awkward hiding place.

Please show the rear check in the handover, not only the clean front view everyone already knows.

Shelf is cleared and the offcuts have a separate container elsewhere. I've added a rear view to the draft check sheet. Both retained pucks sit level in the restored fixture now.

Has anyone checked the fingers as well, Luca? Finding a rocking fixture does not mean every other contact is still as it should be.

Yes. Maintenance compared the finger assembly with its drawing and found no seating discrepancy. The integrator is reviewing the saved point changes against the restored fixture before the complete transfer check.

Who has tried the rear check using your draft? The person who found the offcut already knows.

The covering maintainer found all the pictured contacts without my directions. The transfer comparison is also complete: retained and current pucks stayed square through pickup and release with the reviewed job. We accepted that arrangement and withdrew the compensating point versions. Thanks, Aaron, the hidden foot was the useful place to look.

Glad it helped. Much easier to find with the offcuts elsewhere.
