I'm reviewing our alternating UR5e pallet pattern. Corrugated component cases fit neatly, but some rotated cases bridge gaps against their preferred support direction. What should packaging and tooling compare together before I accept this, beyond the attractive top view?
Ask packaging for actual filled-case bearing requirements, then show those against the layer below and the complete tool's placement and release sequence.
Keep the current gaps identified while those inputs are collected; an unanswered support question is not proof of failure, but it is sufficient reason to withhold approval.
Partial-load handling needs dispatch's input, because a proposed sheet or changed case orientation can change what the next worker must do after palletising.
