How do I trace our FR10 pendant crate beyond a delivered consignment?

The arm crate arrived, but the separately marked pendant-package crate did not. Our delivery receipt says one pallet and two packages, and nobody can explain whether those counts refer to the same stage. Thirty-three days chasing. Which physical handover should I ask the freight agent to check against the missing crate mark?
