I need the integrator to leave us something a covering maintainer can follow. Our FR5 inspection notes show pendant pictures of the main routine, without revisions, called programs, fixture assumptions or expected ordinary PLC signals. What should I have them put together while they are still available?
Can they identify and archive the complete installed project first? Include dependencies, fixture identity, applicable settings and supported backup instructions. Then trace one reference plate through calls, expected process signals, result handling and approved recovery with the covering maintainer. Keep safety documentation separate but linked; a readable job sequence does not replace it.
