Have maintenance compare the fitted fingers, backing pieces and locating surfaces with the intended assembly. Keep the point versions. Also inspect how the spacer sits before gripping; an unchanged-looking tray is not evidence that every locating contact is sound.

7 pointsDid the source inspection identify what supports that leaning spacer? The before-grip observation narrows the question, but it does not yet tell you which tray feature or part condition is responsible.
12 pointsA worn support pad in the tray was below its specified height. Maintenance replaced it, and the integrator reviewed the accumulated point edits; agreed pickup and release checks now pass with the retained blocks and replacement tray.
