Which outline overlaps? The open fingers, the closed gripper, or some rectangle somebody drew round both? You need that distinction before moving the whole arm. A sketchy tool envelope can kill a decent layout or approve a bad one.

It's the rectangle around both finger positions. The gripper body is drawn separately, and that seems clear in this view
11 pointsThen you haven't shown a collision yet. You have shown a space that needs checking. Does the tool need to open there, or is that after it has moved further into the machine?
17 pointsI don't know where it opens yet. The sequence sheet just says load, release, retract. No intermediate positions
7 pointsThat's the missing bit. Ask for the release pose and the first withdrawal move with the actual finger geometry. Nobody can answer from 'retract'.
