I want our missing kit handled as an outstanding part of the order. Main FR10 hardware from the Chinese seller matches, and the installed tool cable is present. The promised spare kit, including the extra cable, is absent after 40 days of next-shipment replies. What should I ask for now?
Attach the agreed contents and your receipt check, with fitted items separated from additional spares. Otherwise a photograph of an installed component can keep being offered as an answer to a different quantity question.
I have the contents promise and receipt list. I've sent both with a request for availability and a standalone dispatch proposal for the complete missing kit. No date agreed.
And distinguish a supply proposal from a confirmed parcel. That internal note should not gain an expected arrival just because Jo has requested separate shipment.
Stores owns the outstanding list and maintenance has it for the nest-placement readiness review. Seller has acknowledged the kit contents but hasn't answered availability. The fitted cable is not counted as the missing spare.
Should they offer a credit later, compare it with obtaining the identified complete kit, including availability, before deciding. There is no credit offer in your account yet, so that remains a possible option rather than progress to report.
Still no stock answer or parcel reference. I've asked the sales contact to allocate someone to the missing-kit request. Stores record unchanged, and no alternative purchase or credit agreed.
