Cannot use our clamped bracket reading as the FR10 acceptance target

I found a green tick beside the dimension on our old bracket sheet, then found 'before unclamping' at the bottom of the page. The released reading is outside the drawing requirement. Our FR10 proposal quotes the ticked number as the result to reproduce. I'm unsure how to make the old record useful without carrying that mistake into the fixture brief.

Put the released reading beside the ticked one and spell out when each was taken, because that tiny note changes what the nice number means.

I've done that and confirmed both belong to the same marked bracket. There is also a later passing result, but I cannot find whether the bracket was corrected before that measurement

Then leave that later pass unexplained for now, Pavel; don't let someone fill the gap with 'the fixture settled down' just because it sounds convenient.

Who is reviewing the correction history before that acceptance target gets used again?
