What cheap access check can we do before choosing this FR5?

160 brass blanks planned. Reach sketch leaves out gripper body and open door. Before arm shopping gets serious, what should we measure to see whether the actual tool can get out?

Start with the complete tool holding the blank and measured parked-door fittings. Not just opening width.

Toolmaker has the assembly drawing. Our machine measurements are just opening width so far. I'll get the parked door included.

Ask for approach and withdrawal with that assembly. A target pose leaves the journey unanswered.

Full model found a door-handle clash. Designer is considering another grip orientation. Thanks Ravi, the adapter in that assembly was missing from our first drawing too.

Have the toolmaker review the revised grip before it becomes the selected solution. The complete route and the setter's changeover access also need checking against whichever configuration survives that review.

Requested. No new grip accepted yet and arm selection still open. Setter is joining the review.
