Our arm arrived, but the complete housing-transfer package lacks its controller and tool wiring adapter. Seller says separate shipment; forty-four days later, no second reference. What evidence would locate those particular items?
On a split delivery I would keep the receiving inventory against the order and ask for the missing package's marks, contents and carrier handover record. The arm receipt cannot establish where its controller and adapter went.
I've sent the retained crate marks and receiving count. Seller still hasn't identified a package containing the missing items, so setup remains unplanned; separate shipment is a claim, not a location.
