Is the gripper and adapter assembly already specified? The route needs that actual tool in its loaded, release and empty-return states, not just an envelope someone drew around the blank.
Which complete FR10 tool view should decide our steel-blank removal position?

Gripper proposed, adapter still provisional; I have asked the toolmaker to identify the complete assembly before the next layout.
12 pointsInclude its rear fittings and routed connections. They're part of what has to pass the door, not a detail to add after choosing the mounting position.
25 pointsAsk the machine owner for the actual open-door survey. A brochure opening may omit the handle or the normal door position. Keep the setter's fixture-change task on that survey too.
19 pointsWho combines the machine survey and the toolmaker's assembly?
6 pointsIntegrator owns the combined view, with the machine owner supplying the survey and the setter marking fixture removal and trolley access.
15 pointsAny actual tool assembly back yet?
12 pointsComplete tool returned, including fittings; the first combined view puts its loaded body through the open door handle, so the integrator rejected that stand position.
4 pointsDid they offer another position with the same tool, or a changed tool? I would keep those as distinct proposals rather than borrow one assembly's assessment for the other's route.
8 pointsAnother position with the same assembly, farther from the receiver; the full movement is under review and the setter says fixture change still has room.
7 pointsDoes maintenance have its tool-removal and connection-access tasks in that farther view too? A clear transfer is only the regular operating part of the space question.
13 pointsMaintenance found enough access to disconnect the tool but no supported place for it once removed, so the integrator is adding that provision to the layout and price.
12 pointsAnd does the farther price include the receiving station installation?
14 pointsEric, has the complete transfer reached the receiver successfully in the review, including open-finger withdrawal? I'd like that answer before all attention goes into the useful maintenance addition.
5 pointsFull transfer and receiver release now clear in the reviewed model, Pavel, and the tool-rest provision has been accepted by maintenance; Yasmin, receiving installation is included in the revised quote.
20 pointsPurchasing selected this complete arrangement for detailed design, with the smaller saving shown and the original position rejected; no hardware installation started.
6 pointsWho carries the checked connection routing into detailed design? Good to hear it stayed attached to the tool instead of disappearing after the door comparison.
