I asked for our agreed housing-handling demonstration and received a general UR5e motion clip. No readable unit identity, no clear sample transfer. I cannot connect it to our purchase.

Can they provide a continuous handling view linked to the unit and tooling identifiers, using your agreed housings and receiving tray, with pickup, release and withdrawal visible? Separate close-ups can identify the kit, but need a clear link to the system doing the work.
