Revisiting UR's September 2025 launch picture, attached. I'm using it as a talking point, not assessing that particular installation from a photograph.
When laying out a welding cell, do you reserve the fixture-removal route first or fit it around the robot afterwards? I'd rather lose a little reach than make every fixture change a dismantling job.

How often does it come out? Daily changeovers and annual maintenance deserve different compromises, reckon I'd price both layouts before giving up reach.
