Ask an independent competent inspector to define the examination against that actual package and intended job, with findings, limitations and likely remedial work; an attractive collection price is not a condition report.
We paid for the inspection and then declined the purchase. The inspector identified damaged cabling that needed replacement and further checks, and neither seller nor service contact could give us a usable parts timescale. The price was still tempting, but our little trial cannot absorb an indefinite repair job. Glad we asked before arranging collection.
