Our FR5 camera plan has the same faceplate passing in one photo and failing in another. The bright line moves when we tilt it. I can't choose a threshold for a defect nobody has checked on the part.

Have quality examine that faceplate first and retain both images with its actual status, then use known accepted and rejected pieces to work out repeatable lighting before tuning the threshold; no new camera purchase needed to start that check.
