Nice kit photo. Am I buying a solution or another project?

I've attached the picture from UR's October AI Accelerator announcement. Camera, computer, robot software... I can see why that appeals, but I can't tell where the toolkit ends and the work on my own parts starts. For comparing a quote against an ordinary fixed tray, what would you ask the supplier to demonstrate? I'm not saying I need this on an FR5. Trying to understand what I'd be paying someone to finish, tbh. Your parts, presented badly as well as neatly. Ask what happens when it cannot identify one.

What's changing between picks that a tray can't fix? If it's just where the blank sits, I'd start by pricing a better nest.

Different blank sizes, mostly. So yes, I may be solving a tooling problem with a computer. Thanks for bringing it back to the actual job.
