Have they seen the actual cup positions against your taped carton, or just a box size in the enquiry?

2 pointsSend a filled representative carton as well as the photo. Can they assess holding, transfer and release with the tape and board variations you actually receive?
16 pointsThey've asked for samples from both packaging sources and proposed moving the cups off the overlap; samples are being gathered, no trial result yet.
10 pointsMake sure those proposed positions exist on both versions. Tape wandering across the top can eat up the clean patch that looked generous in one photograph.
