I'm sorting the historical evidence for our UR5e gusseted steel support-bracket proposal. I am already keeping fit-up, restrained checks and released inspection separate; the snag is deciding which old results are qualified enough to use when the notes jump from aligned to failed to corrected. A final passing number may describe the correction, not the fixture. This is still a records review.
Which old support-bracket results belong in the new fixture evidence?

Do any retained reports explicitly say uncorrected? Start there, not with the best-looking final numbers.

None I've found so far. I've put the final reports in a post-correction group and left the missing original condition visible. There are also loose photographs, but I can't yet match them to those reports.

Can the archive owner recover the photograph-to-part link before the fixture review uses those images, while keeping any operator recollection separate from the missing measured condition?

Unlinked photographs can prompt questions. They cannot fill the blank dimension fields.
