I'm reviewing a UR5e pallet concept using our new cartons. The outer size stayed the same, but the internal support insert moved. Does the old alternating pattern still deserve a trial?

It may. Let the trial and dispatch calculation settle it, and keep the old high-count drawing out of the approval pack once a different pattern is selected.
