I need the request clearing agreed before commissioning our FR5 coupon inspection station. The application misses brief PLC requests, and the interface notes assign no clear owner. Separate safety system. Has anyone used a simple timing sketch to get the two software authors to describe what they actually send?
Draw what was captured first. PLC request edge, application reads, then any acknowledgement. Don't draw the acknowledgement where someone says it ought to be
I asked for those captures. We have a PLC trace but no timestamped application reads, so I cannot yet place the missed poll on the sketch. The missing evidence is clearer now.
