I ordered six accessory kits for our FR5, each with a matched finger pair, but received six loose fingers; seller says six pieces is correct although their final contents message says a pair per kit.

Put the final per-kit message beside a count of what arrived, including the individual finger references. Ask them to address the missing pairs specifically. Six loose fingers may not even form three usable sets if they're all the same side, so the matching details matter as much as the total.
