Our Universal Robots UR5e package from an unnamed seller in China is here with the main hardware matching our order. The promised spare kit is missing, including an extra gripper mounting adapter; the installed one is present. I've had 8 days of 'next shipment' replies with no parcel reference.

@JaneBrooks0858 Does the final order confirmation explicitly include an additional gripper mounting adapter? Comparing that wording with your inventory would distinguish the promised spare from the installed component.

The seller's final message explicitly includes the spare gripper mounting adapter. After checking our retained packaging and accessory list, I can account for the normal setup components but not the spare kit
