We are considering an FR5 for loading 225 brass blanks. Our sketch reaches the fixture but leaves out the gripper body and open door. I need the approach checked properly; actually the exit too, before we choose the arm and place its base.

Our earlier proposal cleared the fingers and collided with the adapter. Send the complete tool holding the blank, plus measured open-door fittings, and have approach, release and withdrawal reviewed. Include the setter's changeover space in that same layout.
