Our FR5 inspection bench reports the same coupon twice if the reporting application loses its connection after acceptance. I can see completion high before the outage and still high when the application returns. The operator has not presented another coupon. The screen starts a fresh session, but the job reference displayed beside the second acceptance is unchanged. What should I ask the application developer to trace between receiving that retained state and adding the second entry? I don't want a reconnect to become permission to repeat the inspection.
