Our main FR10 package is complete, including the fitted adapter. The extra adapter in the spare kit is not here. Every reply closes with the main delivery receipt. I want the spare line kept open and answered separately.
Ask them to show how the spare line was fulfilled, with the extra adapter reference and quantity. The fitted one cannot be both the working part and the additional part, however economical that would be.
Seller acknowledged the additional adapter was omitted and assigned the shortage its own order note. Standalone supply is now being priced, with no further purchase required. No dispatch confirmed. At least the main receipt has stopped being the answer.
