Which FR5 costs belong in both offers before I compare them?

I cannot compare these FR5 offers yet. One includes a presentation fixture for our boxed mounting kits; the other assumes my colleague makes it. Training is a line in one and a cheerful email in the other. I'm happy to price our own work, but I don't want to pretend it is free just because no invoice arrives. What do I send both suppliers so the next totals describe the same job?

Send one scope with an owner against every task, including your colleague's fixture work and time away from their usual job.

That exposed another difference. One supplier expects the operator to square every box in a loading tray; the other includes a guide. We hadn't priced the preparation time.

The training email worries me too. Who gets trained, on what, and with which finished setup? We once paid for a decent demonstration but still needed another visit to teach the covering person our actual changeover. Not dishonest, just two people meaning different things by training.

Both have returned the scope. Guarding assessment, fixture work and training are now priced explicitly, with our preparation time alongside. Neither complete offer fits what I can justify for this workload. I've declined both for now.

Then the comparison worked, even though it did not produce a robot order.

Did either supplier offer a smaller first step, Isaac? Curious whether the box guide alone would take some of the nuisance out of the manual job.
