what should replace the missing support view in this FR5 layer?

I know a plan view misses bearing areas and release. This FR5 dispatch-carton pattern turns preferred supports over gaps; how should packaging's section and tooling's sequence be reviewed together?

Give both reviewers one revision with numbered carton positions and placement stages. I would ask them to mark findings there, because a packaging email and a tool movie can both be accurate while describing different arrangements.

Add the partly built conditions used by dispatch. Full-layer approval doesn't explain what happens when a batch ends halfway through.

And include whoever handles that remainder in the review, not only whoever designed the robot sequence

Common revision issued. Dispatch says partial layers are moved at batch end; packaging had only been asked about full stacks

That is a changed review scope, then. Don't let the old full-stack question come back answered and close the partial-layer one by accident.

Do the required bearing regions overlap the gaps in both full and partial layers, or only at particular placements?

Packaging marked two rotated positions unacceptable for this carton construction, regardless of whether later cartons complete the layer. The proposed sequence can't cure those positions

That's a useful distinction; the sequence matters, but it can't supply support beneath a carton where the drawing provides none

Designer is revising those positions and the count. Purchasing has the original marked withdrawn, with no replacement pattern accepted yet

Keep dispatch's partial-layer requirement in the revised brief. Solving the two known positions shouldn't shrink the review back to a lovely finished pallet.
