Which FR5 trial checks need repeating for the longer supplied adapter?

Our FR5 sample-handling trial used a short mounting adapter. The supplied adapter stands the same fingers farther from the wrist, and the seller calls it equivalent. We have not installed it. What should the revised review include before we accept this version for placing our plastic samples into trays?

On our tooling review the changed stand-off affected the last placements, not the easy first one. Ask for the supplied assembly drawing, its loaded-tool assessment and representative pickup, placement and withdrawal with your actual tray arrangement.

The seller supplied a drawing showing the longer stand-off, but it excludes the hose fitting beside the adapter. Their new clip only closes the tool on a sample above a bench.

That clip leaves the tray transfer unanswered. Return the agreed handling requirement and ask for the complete assembly, including that fitting, in both the assessment and the trial. A closure view is not the missing placement view.

They propose changing the tray spacing to make the longer assembly work. I have asked for the originally agreed adapter as one option and a fully specified revised handling proposal as the other.

Include the tray changeover and replacement supply in that second option. If the revised spacing needs unique trays, the operator and stores team inherit that difference. Do not compare it only on whether a sample can be placed once.

Those items are now in the request. The seller has not priced the original adapter option or supplied a complete revised trial. Our installation review remains paused.

Please post which option they actually offer. I would be interested whether they restore the agreed tooling or ask you to carry the cost of changing the receiving setup around the substitute.
