I am holding a proposed FR5 layer pattern for review because the rotated cartons place their reinforced ends over lower-layer gaps. Those same gaps let the gripper open. Packaging and tooling need one arrangement to assess.

Use a combined layer section with the actual carton inserts, open gripper and placement order identified. Include filled samples; neither a solid-box model nor an empty carton shows the support requirement adequately.
