Ask for the missing package's mark and physical handover record, with the controller and lead identified against the order. The arm's delivery reference should remain attached only to the items it actually covers.

They sent the arm receipt again. I've listed both missing items in the message heading.
15 pointsHas their dispatch contact seen the enquiry, or is sales still answering from the whole-order status?
14 pointsSales copied dispatch now. They asked for our receiving photos. Crate, packing and contents photos sent.
22 pointsDoes their packing list name a second package, or only the items intended for the order?
15 pointsElliot's distinction matters. A list of ordered contents can look like a record of packed contents when the heading is vague.
9 pointsWhat does the dispatch contact say about the controller's current location? Even a genuine second-package label may have been prepared before anything moved.
2 pointsPacking list is planned contents. Dispatch says controller package still in their warehouse, lead awaiting packing.
14 pointsAt least that gives the separate-shipment claim a correction; have they agreed to update the order status so another contact does not send you back to the arm receipt?
11 pointsAnd ask what is delaying the lead. Location alone won't finish the package.
21 pointsLead was allocated to another packing job. They located it and supplied identified contents photos. Status corrected.
16 pointsHave they given a collection arrangement for that now-complete package? Your receiving team needs its own reference, not the corrected status of the arm delivery.
10 pointsCollection booked, not yet confirmed. Receiving has the second package mark and contents list. Installation remains unbooked.
15 pointsThat is a clearer position. Keep the shortage open until the controller and lead arrive and their identities and contents are checked.
