I once spent an afternoon chasing a parcel that had been merged into a larger shipment. The old link never caught up. Ask whoever packs their orders for the current package number; sales may just be forwarding the first email they can find.
Spare kit shown against a cancelled parcel

I asked for the packing contact. Sales says the cable is waiting for other spare items. So it appears nothing has left, although they have not answered why they called it shipped.
15 pointsWhich other items are holding it up?
18 pointsA filter element and spare contact pads. The quote groups all three as a kit. I would take a split delivery, provided we do not pay freight twice.
9 pointsWill the cable alone cover the failure you are worried about, or would you still be waiting for one of the other items before the station could return to work?
22 pointsAdrian, have they said the cable is actually on their shelf? I wouldn't start negotiating separate postage for a cable they haven't got either.
17 pointsWhat part number have they allocated for the spare pendant cable?
13 pointsNone yet. Just 'original cable' in their answer. Ravi, there is no current failure; I want the promised spares available before we depend on the station. A split delivery would help if the parts are correct.
22 pointsThey have now sent a photo of a bag marked tool cable. That is not what I asked for. I sent back the pendant cable line from the quote and a photo of the identification on ours.
20 pointsWas that offered as a substitute, or sent in error? Worth getting a plain answer before discussing the remaining bits of the kit.
19 pointsOh, that's annoying. Someone at their end needs to open the order, not the nearest drawer.
16 pointsWrong photo, according to the packing contact. They supplied a cable identifier after I queried it. I have asked service to confirm it against our installed cable, rather than trying to judge it from the connector photo.
18 pointsCould purchasing also get the outstanding pads and filter listed individually, so receiving knows which shortage remains if only the cable arrives?
9 pointsI would welcome that list too. A parcel marked spare kit can be surprisingly unhelpful when you open it and find one bag.
12 pointsHas service confirmed the cable identifier yet?
18 pointsYes. Service confirmed the specified replacement for our package. Purchasing accepted separate dispatch at the seller's cost, with the pads and filter still outstanding.
24 pointsCable received and checked against that confirmation. The other two items are still waiting for stock. I have stopped using 'kit delivered' in our receiving notes; it was hiding most of this conversation.
17 pointsAt least there's a cable to put away now. Did they give you anything firmer than 'waiting for stock' for the pads?
