Our spacer-transfer runs looked more consistent after I added a tray locator. Another miss followed tray replacement. I want to keep both observations in the report rather than call this fixed. What should I identify so the next person can assess the limitation properly?
Name both trays, the locator revision and the actual stage that missed. Was it pickup at the fixture or placement into the replacement tray? Keep the initial runs separate from exchange checks; the event following a tray change does not by itself explain its cause.
