We keep editing pickup points on our FR5 tray-unloading job. The rigid spacer block is held less squarely now, although the tray looks unchanged. What physical checks should I arrange before another correction becomes the new normal?
Look for where the angle first appears. A spacer already sitting unevenly in the pocket gives a different starting point from one that tilts only as the fingers close.
Saved the current program. The closer external view shows uneven contact at closure, but I still can't say whether the block or the fingers start out wrong.
Has maintenance compared the fitted contacts with their drawing and inspected source seating? Uneven contact is useful evidence, but it doesn't identify which component changed.
Maintenance lead now owns the investigation and the handover says no further point changes without review. Inspection of the contacts and source seating is scheduled, not completed.
