Accepted trim plate keeps reappearing in the FR5 scratch folder

I've kept the original images and had quality inspect this trim plate, so I'm not asking the moving stripe to tell us whether it is acceptable. It is accepted. Yet a cropped version keeps returning to our FR5 scratch examples. Would you withdraw that derivative entirely from the working set, or retain it as an accepted difficult image while the holder and lighting comparison continues?
