Bush blanks with different exposed lengths and no separate length readings

Our UR5e lathe-loading study records how far each hand-loaded steel bush blank sticks out, then calls the difference inconsistent seating. We never measured their overall lengths separately. How can that sheet distinguish longer stock from a blank sitting short of its intended location?

Can the setter compare identified blank lengths and end condition with the intended seating arrangement, using the same reference for the exposed-length readings?

We have identified the retained blanks and asked for that comparison. The old exposed-length column remains an observation, not a seating diagnosis. Automatic loading is still outside the authorised scope.
